All merchandise is subject to the individual manufacturer’s warranty only. Defective merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number. Returned defective merchandise must be accompanied by a written explanation of the defect(s). Note: Select merchandise may require return directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs or replacement. We will inform customers if this is applicable when they call.
