Return policy

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original box(s) and packaging, with all original hardware, accessories, and documents such as user booklets, warranty forms, and certificates. All new merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date and in unused condition. Returned merchandise that appears to have been used, or is received in poor or damaged condition will incur a refurbishing charge before credit is issued.              A 20% restocking charge plus shipping charges will apply to all returned merchandise, canceled orders, and orders incorrectly placed by buyers for standard (non-custom or special order) products. No refunds will be issued on labor, rentals, shipping, pick-up/delivery & handling charges, parts (unless defective), special orders, customized hardware and/or software.


All merchandise is subject to the individual manufacturer’s warranty only. Defective merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number.
Returned defective merchandise must be accompanied by a written explanation of the defect(s).
Note: Select merchandise may require return directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs or replacement. We will inform customers if this is applicable when they call.

Shipments will be held for up to 3 business days from receipt of approval. (New customers)
